Job Opportunity – Acute Hemodialysis RN – North Carolina

Schedule : 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required

Highlights :

• Acute hemodialysis unit with 9 stations plus one isolation station, serving a daily census of approximately 16 patients
• 1 : 1 to 1 : 2 patient ratios depending on acuity and treatment location; bedside ICU / PCU treatments are 1 : 1
• Work with Fresenius hemodialysis equipment and Baxter peritoneal dialysis systems
• 24-hour orientation program including ICU / offsite and dialysis room training
• Self-scheduling model with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic documentation system with Pyxis medication management
