Over the past twelve years, Maven’s cloud-based solutions have been successfully deployed to thousands of drivers and companies across the United States and Canada, with several of the nation’s top 100 trucking fleets running their operations on our software platform.  In our ongoing pursuit of ensuring quality and excellence standards of the highest degree, Maven is searching for a Senior Stack Developer to join our product development team.

Position Summary

As the Senior Full Stack Developer , you will design, develop, and maintain Maven’s mission critical systems. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the entire stack. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the technical direction of large portions of Maven’s backend / frontend systems including system design / architecture, implementation, and technical debt management.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design, develop, document, and deploy robust, enterprise grade products and software.
• Interface with stakeholders outside of R&D to align business goals with technical initiatives.
• Spread your knowledge by mentoring fellow engineers, assisting in design and code reviews, and advocating for best practices.
• Take ownership and participate in all steps of the development process, from design to release and support. This includes occasional on-call responsibilities.
