Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer networks for issues and respond to trouble tickets
Coordinate with technicians and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve network problems
Document job status and ensure timely handling of all tickets and tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
One year of IT or customer support experience
Basic knowledge of networking technologies and terms
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
Capacity to follow defined processes and escalate issues when necessary
