As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team to accurately prepare “cravable” food that is not only delicious but food that meets Chick-fil-A quality and food safety requirements. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and observe all health and sanitation standards. Our food is essential in ensuring each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
