Sales Representative Reproductive Health

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives with a background in reproductive health, IVF, or mens / womens health to explore opportunities with leading fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or remote, offering the chance to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, embryologists, and clinic leadership to drive growth and strengthen patient-focused care initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and develop relationships with fertility and reproductive medicine clinics, healthcare providers, and relevant stakeholders.

Present products, services, or staffing solutions tailored to the reproductive health market, highlighting clinical and operational benefits.

Support clinic onboarding and adoption processes, providing ongoing guidance and customer support as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and accurate reporting on sales performance.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in reproductive health sales.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in reproductive health, IVF, or mens / womens health preferred.

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operational challenges in fertility or reproductive medicine clinics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
