Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 15-20 associates and oversee daily operations of the Call Center
Collaborate with clients to create reports and ensure production targets are met
Establish and maintain a quality program and transparent communication with client leadership
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Experience in administration and preferably in healthcare-related fields
Familiarity with outsourcing operations or service industry preferred
High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze Call Center data and report findings effectively
