Data Entry Associate

Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data across our systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and maintaining organized up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities

Enter update and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems

Review data for errors inconsistencies or missing information and correct as needed

Verify source documents and ensure data integrity

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval

Generate basic reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies

Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or similar software

Comfortable working with databases and online systems

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
