Mail & Document Processing Specialist

The Mail & Document Processing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence for members, employers, and internal departments. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on-site, managing multiple systems, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and document processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process outgoing mail and documents requested by members and employers.
• Receive, sort, and process incoming mail from members, companies, and partners.
• Deliver mail to appropriate internal department mailboxes (e.g., Finance, People Team, Executives).
• Scan and route documents using the Document Management System.
• Manage member documents and requests through Salesforce.
• Process financial transactions (incoming and outgoing) for members and employers.
• Review and verify member identification documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle requests related to fund transfers for members.
• Ensure accurate data entry by cross-referencing and comparing system data sets.
• Multitask across multiple systems during high-volume operational days.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
