Damian   , Located in LA's downtown Arts District is currently seeking a driven energetic Pastry Cook  to join their BOH team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Responsible for preparing and baking daily pastry items according to standard recipes.
  • Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
  • Ensure proper storage of all pastry items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain product freshness.

Requirements :

  • 2 years experience in a high volume fine dining establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and commuincation skills
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus

    • Compensation : Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00) plus tips
