Responsibilities :
- Review error reports to identify and address issues related to invoices.
- Analyze purchase order (PO) system reports to ensure proper matching and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, to manage and correct financial data.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of purchase orders from initiation to payment.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Edit and validate reports to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Address and resolve workflow errors efficiently.
- Work with Oracle systems to manage and process financial transactions.
- Occasionally attend on-site meetings to validate and support operational functions.
