• What training will I receive?

• Do I need prior insurance experience to apply?

No. You don't need any prior knowledge about insurance. We will provide you with all the training necessary to thrive.

• Do I need to have an Insurance License?

Yes. We will provide you with the study materials, class, and sponsor your exam to help you start your insurance career!

• Do I need to purchase my own leads?

No. We will be providing you with all the resources you need to succeed.

• Is this a commission-only job?

Not at all! Our compensation is amongst the most competitive in the region. You will be set with a base pay plus amazing commission and bonuses. This is a base pay PLUS commission. Our starting pay starts at a $40,000 salary and you have the potential to earn more than $150,000 with commissions.

As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions to our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients for our Insurance Agency by building personalized solutions for their Auto, Property, and Life Insurance. Resources, training, and coaching will be provided to help you reach your sales goals.

Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent spoken and written communication abilities.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Texas, or the willingness to obtain one within the first three months of employment.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a persuasive and resilient personality.
