VHS is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist - Allied Health.

• Duration : 13 Weeks
• Shift : 8 Hours Day shift
• Description : B.S. in Physical Therapy NYS License or eligible and 2 years experience required. Must successfully\npass pre-employment health clearance.\nDuties : Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures fonnulate\nspecific goals for patient treabnent by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and\nthe patients prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner attend designated\nclinics rounds and conferences and render patient information participate in educational programs\nfor staff members students volunteers and other professional health care personnel train new staff\nmembers serve as clinical instructor for senior level students and facilitate new program development.

• W2 Pay Rate : $52.78
• Travel candidates only (50 miles or more from facility)
