Seeking a full-time Geriatric Medicine Physician to provide medical oversight, primary care, assessments, and leadership within a PACE program serving frail and elderly adults.

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts medical license.
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred).
  • DEA required; CSR / CDS required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly patients.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in geriatrics preferred.
