What You'll Do

  • Interpret blueprints and build machines to exact specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and functional tests on completed assemblies.
  • Team up with peers to diagnose and fix assembly challenges.
  • Keep your work area orderly to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly methods and flag discrepancies or improvement ideas.

What You Need

  • Demonstrated experience in machine assembly and build work.
  • Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort working both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred but not required.
