Long Term Substitute Paraprofessional, BEST Program

Norton Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for a long term substitute Paraprofessional in the BEST 2 Program at the H. A. Yelle Elementary School. This position will cover a leave of absence from approximately mid-December through mid-January 2026. Our BEST program is designed for students with significant challenges and / or limitations in the areas of communication developmental delays social behavioral daily living / functional skills academic skills and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Compensation is $100 per day for the first six weeks and increases to $120 per day beginning in week seven.
