Ediscovery Senior Project Manager

The eDiscovery Senior Project Manager role is responsible for high-level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks, reporting to the PM Directors. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of significant complexity. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and / or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. They are required to plan for project execution as well as mentor, train, and delegate to members of the project team as required.

Essential Responsibilities

Leadership

• Serve as a point of escalation for junior members of the team.
• Provide training and supervision for junior team members.
• Motivate to create an environment where employees thrive.
• Manage and plan project resources.
• Identify and facilitate growth opportunities for colleagues.
• Identify areas of operational risk and implement strategies to mitigate such risk for your clients.
• Participates in strategic client meetings (quarterly meetings; in person meetings, etc.) & oversee client level reporting.
• Initiate and participate in business development opportunities with GRO.
• Initiate and provide guidance to junior PMs regarding building of client relationships.

Qualifications

Compensation for roles at Consilio is driven by an array of factors including but not limited to the specific market, position, skill set and level of experience. The target compensation range for this position is $106,218.40 $159,327.60.
