A highly regarded medical center in North Iowa is seeking two full-time locum CRNAs to provide ongoing anesthesia coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a dynamic hospital setting. The facility offers a mix of supervision and independence, depending on performance and team fit.

📅 Schedule :

Start : As soon as credentialed (30–45 days)

Shift : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (8-hour shifts only)

Required Availability : Full weeks (M–F); open to 1–2 full weeks per month

No 10-hour shift scheduling available

🏥 Practice Details :

Level II Trauma Center

Charting : Cerner + Paper

Practice Type : Mixed physician and CRNA group

CRNAs may work independently once trust is established

Strong team players only – not accepting "lone ranger" providers

Case Mix : General Surgery, OB (including epidurals), Hearts, Spines, Occasional Heads, and Trauma stabilization

Pediatrics : All ages, but very sick pediatric patients are transferred out
