DevOps Engineer
As a DevOps Engineer at SuperDial, you will own the infrastructure, deployment, and reliability foundations that enable our product and engineering teams to move quickly and safely. You will partner closely with engineering to ensure our systems are secure, observable, and resilient as the company scales.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build infrastructure the right way early.
About the Role :
- Own and scale SuperDial's cloud infrastructure and deployment systems on Google Cloud Platform
- Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance across environments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure strong observability
- Partner with engineering to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
- Establish infrastructure-as-code and environment management best practices
- Support security, compliance, and access controls in a healthcare context
- Manage incident response and postmortems with a focus on learning and prevention
- Plan for scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term system health

4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability EngineeringStrong experience with Google Cloud PlatformExperience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelinesFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar)Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or similar)Strong understanding of security best practices and access controlsComfort operating in fast-moving, low-process environmentsStrong ownership mindset and excellent communication skillsWhy SuperDial :

This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $140,000$175,000, along with equity, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited PTO. Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level of responsibility.
