A company is looking for a Reinsurance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support during the transition to a new reinsurance system
Develop and deliver training for staff on the new platform and provide ongoing technical assistance
Advise management on regulatory compliance and improve the transition process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in management
Strong understanding of Reinsurance Agreements and life insurance products
Experience with Quasar / R2 or TIE systems is required
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is required
Advanced proficiency in Java or coding is strongly preferred
