Bookkeeper Assistant

We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a national staffing company, has been asked to help a large landscaping company find a Bookkeeping Assistant for their Kenvil, NJ office.

Bookkeeping Assistant Job Duties:

• Accounts Receivable
  • Create the invoice from the WOS.
  • Assisting with tracking what is billed on certain jobs
• Other Bookkeeping Tasks
  • Enter the payroll (thru payroll company)
  • Assist with some of the reporting
    • Union Reporting
  • Recording billable hours for a Payroll Audit - annually
• Accounts Payable
  • Enter Bills
  • Assist with the Paying bills process
  • Reconciling bank/credit card accounts

Bookkeeping Assistant Experience Needed:

• Very Detail-Oriented
• Excel
• Word
• QuickBooks a Plus but needs to have some basic bookkeeping skills
  • Basic understanding of invoicing or accounts receivable and accounts payable is needed.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
