Indigo Fellowship Program The Urgent Care Fellowship is a 14-week program to train nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have recently graduated or are new to urgent care. The fellowship will build upon graduate academic training to strengthen and develop skills in a variety of domains critical to successful, independent practice.

Mentoring One-on-one mentoring with experienced providers who are passionate about both teaching and the future of healthcare.

Excellence Ensuring academic, clinical, and procedural excellence through formal, evidence-based instruction using hands-on practice and repetition.

Confidence and efficiency We provide the tools and guidance to build confidence and efficiency.

Growth mindset Fostering resilience and a growth mindset by building community and access to resources.

Improving healthcare Pairing technology, innovation, and the retail experience to radically improve how people access the care they need.

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
