Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location : Hybrid in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $24-$28 / hour (approximately $49,920-$58,240 annually, DOE)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and is eager to support a growing accounting team. The right candidate will bring accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to daily AR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Apply daily payments (checks, ACH, wires) to customer accounts
• Reconcile AR transactions and research account discrepancies
• Support AR aging review and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain billing schedules and assist with month-end close
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues
• Perform additional accounting support tasks as needed
