- Monday–Thursday 7 : 30 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m. or Monday–Friday 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform advanced administrative duties including payroll support, cash handling, and travel arrangementsPrepare, proofread, and review correspondence, reports, and memos for supervisor sign-offProvide receptionist services, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting the publicTrain and support other Office Assistants, sharing expertise and ensuring task accuracyMaintain organized filing systems, process invoices, manage mail distribution, and track departmental deadlinesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years administrative or office support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience handling confidential documents and customer inquiriesCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
