Job Title : Multi-Family Project Developer

Location : Based out of Winter Park, Florida

Experience : 10+ years. Must be able to multi-task.

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Multi-FamilyDeveloper to join a growing Land Development / Construction Company. This is an excellent opportunity to take on diverse, challenging projects while working in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the team on designing, reviewing and finalizing site plans, construction documents and quality control of design document and knowledge of ADA / Fair Housing.
• Work with AHJs on zoning and permitting.
• Analyze project data, including site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and related documents.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project schedules.
• Support construction services by preparing permit applications, estimates, review shop drawings and other key deliverables.
• Prepare budgets and proformas and key financial projections. Support upper management with strategic planning.
• Coordinate with property management / turnover responsibilities.
