Job Purpose
Manages the processes and team to ensure that the products delivered to the customer meet the agreed quality standards. Develops team for success, growth, and efficiency. Sets objectives for team members, reviews development and provides clear, open and constructive feedback on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Level of autonomy (decision making and independent judgement)
Responsible for deciding when and how much overtime is needed.
Determine batch testing priority.
Make expectations clear to team and provide accountability as needed.
Responsible for hiring / pay and termination in conjunction with HR & QC management.
Make decisions related to batch / raw material approval and placing holds when necessary.
Autonomy of the staff and decisions related to the job.

Rewards & Benefits
Salary range for this role is : $80, to $95, + Straight OT after 44 hours weekly.
This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
