The work you will do : Right of Way Agent I / District Three Right of Way. This position will assist in performing right of way support such as work program, records and funds management, scheduling, consultant selection processes, contracts administration, data entry, etc. Through cooperation, coordination and collaboration among the OneFDOT team, you will be contributing to a strong and empowering culture of TRREC : Trust, Relationships, Respect, Empowerment, and Communication. FDOT encourages our team members to grow through engagement, empowerment, training, and professional development. Through our agency's learning management system, you have access to hundreds of computer-based training and instructor-led courses.

Your Specific Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or its equivalent and four years of technical experience in right of way administration; land management; abstract and title work; property management; or the sale, acquisition or appraisal of real estate / other related business experience, such as any role in customer service including retail sales. Post-secondary education can substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
