Senior Global Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Global Operations Manager to support its Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annual global operational calendar and ensure alignment among stakeholders

Lead data analytics to evaluate DEI&B program effectiveness and develop actionable insights

Coordinate global processes and implement standardized workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related fields

Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile / Scrum, or equivalent) is required

Experience managing operational calendars and cross-functional workflows

Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)

Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in fast-paced environments
