As a Building Maintenance Technician with CBRE, you'll play a crucial role in the upkeep of buildings and industrial systems. This position primarily supports our Healthcare sector, particularly in the acute care facility in Lisbon, ND. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and various building systems.
