Key Responsibilities
Mentor and grow teams of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and development
Own GRR and NRR for the AMS region, improving adoption, renewals, and guiding customers to achieve business outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, forecast accuracy, and implement scalable processes for customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets at scale
Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders is preferred
Strong operational acuity in forecasting, playbooks, and success plans
Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and data / analytics tools
