Join Our Team and Help Drive Operational Excellence! We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our facility operations and warehouse team. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while delivering high-quality service to our customers. You'll collaborate with our operations leadership to achieve company goals related to productivity, accuracy, and safetyand make a real impact every day. Available Shifts : Sunday-Thursday, 4 : 00pm-12 : 30am or 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead by Example : Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Oversee Daily Operations : Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization, and fulfillment processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Drive Results : Create and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure all work is completed on time and to company standards.
• Analyze & Report : Track key metrics and generate reports for plant and leadership teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Inventory Oversight : Monitor purchasing and product availability to maintain stock levels and reduce downtime.
• Ensure Safety : Promote and uphold safety standards, investigate incidents when necessary, and enforce compliance with company procedures.

Pay Range : $68,700.00 - $100,200.00
