Little Ruby’s Café – New Dallas Opening
Salary : $80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Little Ruby’s Café is bringing its iconic Australian-inspired café culture to Dallas — and we’re looking for an experienced, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our newest location.
As AGM, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, developing strong teams, and helping bring the warm, vibrant Ruby’s hospitality experience to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-loved and expanding brand as part of a major new opening.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in all daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and develop FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Uphold service standards, brand culture, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, floor plans, guest flow, and shift execution
- Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, alcohol service, and health codes
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Participate in pre-opening setup, staff training, and opening processes
- Contribute to a positive, professional, energetic workplace culture
