Program Manager Workforce Training

Richard Heath & Associates Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position :

Program Manager - Workforce Training

Full-time exempt

RHA is looking fora Program Manager who will be responsible for SDREN Workforce Training and Capacity Building Program goal attainment. Responsibilities include developing collaborative programs with employers training partners job seekers and upskilling employees; managing daily operations; fostering relationships; recruiting job-seeking participants from disadvantaged communities; and ensuring timely support for all stakeholders. Additional tasks involve budgeting workplan updates cost and progress tracking organizing and facilitating meetings building and managing contact database sets audience research and program partner support. The role requires a strong commitment to underserved communities and accountability for meeting contract deliverables program KPIs budget targets and reporting requirements. Position is remote but incumbent must live in the San Diego area for events outreach etc.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in learning development human resource management public administration education marketing management sustainability or related field; OR a combination of education and experience (minimum of 10 years) in learning development education sustainability and / or energy efficiency equity / advocacy work.
• Required : Valid California drivers license with acceptable driving record and minimum required level of automobile insurance
• Preferred : PMP LEED BPI NABCEP EPA 608 and / or NATE certifications are a plus.
• Ten years of progressive professional experience in an education / outreach capacity.
• Four years of demonstrated management experience effectively meeting profit and loss schedule and quality service requirements in a remote work environment.

2 years managing an office program or multiple projects

Pay Range : $75000 - $85000 per year

The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidates experience education and location.
