A company is looking for a LATAM Talent Sourcer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to enhance their experience

Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor hiring practices

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company, preferably in services / consulting

Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards

Experience with Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferable

Strong organizational skills
