As a Content Marketing Specialist at DMC, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy with a strong focus on content. You will own the creation and publication of content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website, helping bring DMC's brand to life across digital channels.
A portfolio of written work is required. Please include 3-5 samples that demonstrate storytelling range, technical clarity, and campaign messaging.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Write, edit, ghost-write, design, and publish high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, website pages, and additional marketing collateral
- Digital Marketing : Plan and execute initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, and online advertisements
- Social Media : Manage DMC's presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) creating and scheduling content that engages and grows the audience
- Analytics : Use data to support content development recommendations and channels distribution recommendations
- Messaging : Ensure consistent brand voice and alignment across all marketing channels
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (3.4+ GPA)3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or content marketing (industrial, manufacturing, or technology industry experience preferred)Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong content creation skills with proven experience in writing and editing for digital platforms, including crafting clear, engaging messaging and calls to actionExperience ghostwriting content through interviews with subject matter expertsAbility to create / edit your own graphics for social media using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content scheduling toolsKnowledge of SEO fundamentals (SEMRush or comparable platform preferred)Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and review, with the ability to balance AI-assisted and human-written contentProficient with WordPress or other website CMS platformsAdditional Information :

Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000 USD
