Job Details : Responsibilities :

1. Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the sales department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting.

2. Develop and execute financial strategies to boost channel profitability and improve trade promotion ROI.

3. Conduct regular variance and trend analysis to identify financial performance gaps and opportunities.

4. Provide financial insights to the sales team, assisting them in making informed decisions that drive profitability and growth.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all financial operations.

7. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role

3. Advanced Excel, PowerBI
