Fitlife Foods is a chef-inspired prepared meal company with 12 retail locations across Florida and Georgia, plus a growing home delivery business. Since 2011, our mission has been to Feed Your Journey — through great food, genuine service, and the personal growth of both our customers and our team.

Position Overview

The Market Leader is the store manager and owner of their location’s success. This role is responsible for driving sales, building community connections, leading and developing a high-performing team, and managing the full P&L (labor, surplus, discounts, and customer growth metrics like Google reviews).

You’ll be the face of Fitlife Foods in your market, ensuring your store is both a place where customers feel supported on their wellness journey — and where your team feels equally supported to grow.

A Day in the Life

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, Sunday–Thursday on-site role. Here’s what your week typically looks like :

  • On the Floor with Your Team : You’re side-by-side with your team, greeting customers, jumping in where needed, and coaching in the moment to build skills and confidence.
  • Customer Connection : You take time to understand the why behind each visit, building meaningful relationships that bring people back and grow loyalty.
  • Team Development : You guide your team with real-time feedback and support, creating a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Operational Excellence : You manage inventory, track sales and labor, and keep the store looking sharp and energized.
  • Community Engagement : About 5-10 hours each week, you’re outside the store — building partnerships, driving local awareness, and bringing new traffic into your storefront.
  • Everyday blends leadership, coaching, customer focus, and ownership of your business.
  • What You’ll Own

    Sales & Community Growth

  • Drive store sales by building strong community relationships and executing local marketing initiatives
  • Proactively engage with customers, businesses, and partners to increase brand awareness and traffic
  • Track and improve key growth drivers including Google reviews, ticket averages, and lapsed customer calls
  • Store Operations & Customer Experience
  • Ensure your store reflects the Fitlife brand with a clean, energized, and professional atmosphere
  • Oversee merchandising, inventory, and in-store customer service
  • Maintain consistency in service and operational standards
  • Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, schedule, train, and develop a team of 5–7 employees
  • Create a performance-driven culture built on accountability, feedback, and growth
  • Lead by example with clear direction and consistent coaching
  • Financial & Operational Accountability

  • Fully own your store’s P&L — including labor, surplus, discounts, and expenses
  • Analyze sales and KPI data to guide decisions and drive results
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow revenue and improve efficiency
  • Communication & Leadership

  • Act as the direct link between your store and senior leadership
  • Share insights, challenges, and solutions regularly

  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3+ years in retail, hospitality, or fitness management with full P&L ownership
  • Proven success leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales mindset and customer-first approach
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others grow
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods)
