Job Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant designs and delivers learning experiences that develop JEO employees, build leadership capacity and foster a culture of continuous growth. This role strengthens JEO's "teach and learn" culture by creating high-quality learning experiences, facilitating programs that build professional skills, leadership capabilities, and by partnering closely with departments to support technical training. The consultant role combines strong project management, facilitation skills, and proactive communication to build trusting partnerships across the company. This position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing JEO's Learning Management System and supporting e-learning content development.
