Anesthesiology - Pediatrics Physician

Job Description :

• 1 FT Pediatric Anesthesia MD to start in Q1 2025
• This position will include peds and general. No OB
• Pediatric specialties include general surgery, ortho, ENT, dental, and IR / MRI
• Duration : 6 months, possibly longer
• Does the physician need Board Certification : BE or BC
• Pediatric Shifts : Option to work nights or weekends if interested. No beeper call, only an in-house call. Shift duration is flexible (8s, 10s, or 12s)
• Range of cases : Busy OB, occasional trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, bread & butter
• Supervisory or MD-only cases are the provider's preference
• Describe the make-up of support staff : 1 MD : 3 CRNA or 1 MD : 4 CRNA
• Care Team Model : Yes, mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred.
• Practice EMR : Cerner, AIMS
