Your day to day as a LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC INPATIENT PROGRAM

As a new LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC in the Inpatient Program at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you can expect a structured yet dynamic work environment. Your typical day will begin at 8 : 00 AM and conclude at 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a clear and consistent schedule. Daily responsibilities will include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, assessing patients' mental health needs, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences and contributing to treatment discussions.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards. Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients will be essential, allowing you to foster a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.
