[job_card.job_description]Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily or large-scale residential construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). OSHA 30 preferred; additional safety or construction certifications a plus. Familiarity with Miami building codes and permitting processes is highly desirable.

About the Role
As the on-site leader, you’ll manage all phases of construction for multifamily developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that provide families with safe, affordable homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily developments from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor costs and resources to keep projects within budget.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
- Provide accurate daily and weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
