The Job :

As a Senior Finance Analyst, Farm & Hardware, youll be part of our $900M Tools & Outdoor U.S. Farm & Hardware (F&H) team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to :

• Partner with the Sales & Channel teams to drive commercial & promotional strategy.
• Support key FP&A rhythms such as monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans.
• Assist the Finance Manager with P&L management and effectively balance top line growth with margin expansion targets.
• Measure and drive the teams customer profitability and assist in Margin Enhancement and transformation initiatives.
