Key Responsibilities
Respond to broker calls and coordinate special needs through appropriate staff
Maintain communication with brokers regarding file status and manage lock expirations
Assist in data entry, review conditions, and ensure documentation integrity
Required Qualifications and Experience
3-5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
Extensive experience as a processor or in an underwriting-related function
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
Resourceful and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
