Regulatory Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for card network compliance

Assist in managing disputes and chargeback processes in accordance with Visa / Mastercard rules

Track and document consumer complaints related to regulatory obligations and contribute to reporting

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within a financial institution or fintech

Foundational knowledge of Visa and / or Mastercard operating rules

Basic familiarity with Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP principles

Bachelor's degree required

Collaborative working style with the ability to engage across various teams
