Job Title : IT Program Manager

Location : Addison, TX

Introduction

This position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, which typically require engagement from multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. The role ensures execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. It facilitates synchronization across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and / or Waterfall).
  • Experience managing project budgets and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines.
  • Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls, and meeting project audit requirements.
  • Ability to work with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and events are coordinated with broader planned release activities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
  • Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Ability to identify all impacted teams and applications and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment.
  • Gathers and facilitates status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks / issues, and schedule.
  • Risk management skills with the ability to identify potential risks, escalate as needed, and remove roadblocks to ensure progress.
  • Ensures execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proactive in driving teams to achieve commitments and results.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide project teams to deliver technology solutions with quality, on-time, and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks at all levels, including key stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources.
