Summary :

3MG Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of siding and exterior cladding projects including metal / composite panels, fiber-cement, HPL, EIFS / stucco, stone / veneer, and vinyl. In this role, you will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within specifications, and remain profitable. Key responsibilities include managing clean handoffs into production, executing change orders, tracking revenue, and overseeing pay applications.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the management and execution of exterior cladding / siding projects.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, meet specifications, and maintain profitability.
• Execute change orders and manage the revenue tracking process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and superintendents across multiple concurrent jobs.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Understand and apply Florida Building Code requirements for exterior systems.
• Visit active job sites to assess project progress and resolve any issues.

Qualifications :

3â??5+ years of experience managing exterior cladding / siding projects.

Strong knowledge of trade specifics such as substrate differences, wraps, fastener patterns, and water intrusion prevention.

Proficient in reading estimates / takeoffs and experienced with COs, SOVs, and pay applications.

Experience coordinating with subcontractors and superintendents on multiple projects.

Working knowledge of Florida Building Code for exterior systems.

Proficiency in office systems / CRM and job cost tracking.

Valid driver's license and ability to visit active job sites.

Scaffold awareness / certification or ability to obtain promptly.

Location :

Full-time on-site in our Winter Park office with occasional travel to job sites as needed.
