Director of Patient Engagement Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Engagement Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and execute centralized patient enrollment and engagement operations

Design and deploy scalable operational processes for patient outreach and engagement

Manage the Patient Enrollment Specialist and Health Engagement Specialist teams

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in operations related to care management or patient recruitment

Experience working within a patient contact center

Familiarity with common EMRs and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)

Understanding of population health management from provider or payor perspectives

Ability to implement constructive feedback and operate in a dynamic environment
