Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 901 W Morton Ave location in Jacksonville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing daily store operations and managing shifts efficiently
- Leading and motivating team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensuring high-quality customer service standards are consistently met
- Handling cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Assisting in inventory management and supply ordering
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Answering phone calls and processing customer orders promptly
- Supporting the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Assisting in training and developing new team members
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns professionally
- Contributing to creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
Qualifications include :
Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorProficiency in math and problem-solving for effective cash handling and inventory managementAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills for order processing and reportingPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team membersHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)What are we looking for? Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
