Overlook Networks is hiring a Technical Program Manager — and we're looking for IT leaders who want more ownership, bigger scope, and front-row seats to how modern companies scale.

If you've been the IT Manager keeping the lights on, managing vendors, and leading office builds — this role lets you own the entire program, not just support it.

At Overlook Networks, you'll partner with fast-growing, innovative companies as they expand offices across the U.S. and globally. You'll lead the planning and execution of :

New office buildouts & expansions

IT infrastructure, IT Networking, AV, and Collaboration systems

Cross-functional coordination with real estate, facilities, security, and leadership teams.

Multiple projects running in parallel — no two weeks look the same

This is a role for someone who thrives in motion and wants to see their work physically come to life.

Act as the technical owner for complex IT and workplace technology programs

Translate business goals into executable IT roadmaps

Lead timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders end-to-end

Work directly with clients, partners, and internal engineering teams

Travel occasionally to project sites and client offices

Are (or have been) an IT Manager supporting office environments

Enjoy leading projects, not just maintaining systems

Want exposure to large-scale deployments and executive-level visibility

Compensation :

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $155,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other compensation.
