Campaign Operations Supervisor

Job Description

The Senior Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, define objectives, and set key performance indicators. They coordinate the end-to-end campaign process, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative development, and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, they leverage data and analytics to drive insights and improvements, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget to meet clients' needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Campaign Strategy : Development : Collaborates with engagement and strategy teams to develop effective campaign strategies.

Industry Research : Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.

Campaign Execution : Oversees end-to-end campaign process, including setup, targeting, and creative development.

Optimization and Testing : Continuously optimizes campaigns through testing and iteration, including periodic updates and fixes.

Job Duties and Responsibilites :

• Executes development and maintenance of complex marketing technology platforms and solutions in the healthcare industry, working with cross-functional teams, including account executives, email developers, WebOps, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Conducts solution reviews and testing to ensure compliance with healthcare industry-specific standards, regulations, and alignment with engagement strategy.
• Manages project planning and execution, adhering to healthcare industry regulations and standards, while ensuring that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize campaign performance, including management and delivery of microscopic reporting on subscribers and campaigns.

EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS : Any Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification

EXPERIENCE : 4+ years

Salary

$95,000 to $125,000 annually
