About the Company Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding balances, partner with them to ensure accurate information and payment is received.
• Strategize with clients on ways to complete their overdue payments.
• Educate clients on insurance benefit details and financial responsibility.
• Navigate escalated calls with empathy and healthy boundary-setting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and daily tasks.

Requirements

What you'll need to be successful : Experience in a customer service role with performance metrics Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively A resilient mindset to work through difficult calls with compassion Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow A team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and new ideas Experience with high call volume Working knowledge of Excel (preferred but not required) Basic understanding of health insurance (preferred but not required)
